EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BEERT, an organization with an unmached educational initiative under the visionary team of Mrs. Malobika Bhattacharya studied Business at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA She is a CPA from the USA, Ms. Bianka Bhattacharya (Professional Musician), & Pratima Bhowmik - a dynamic Business leader as pledged to bring much - required helth care education system to kalyani town in Nadia District. BEERT has been commited to working on Education & Literacy, Food Processing, Science & Technology, Scientific & Industrial Reasearch, Vocational Training areas since its inception.
The management "BEERT" is successfully running Engineering College at Kalyani under the name of "Hemnalini Memorial college of Engineering" Under Moulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. 'BEERT' is running Computer Schience & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Civil & Environment Engineering Courses very successfully right at Kalyani since 2014. The Director Ms. Bhattacharya , and her team have decided to diversify & expand thei horizon by creating Nursing Institute with the mordern infrastructure, required clinical facilities. The proposed nursing institute will be under the same trust.
Thus, to fullfill the proposed " Dr. SKB School of Nursing & Research" hasbeen formed under "BEERT". There is a huge demand supply gap regarding Nursing manpower. Hence,the team of management BEERT has chosen their homeland Kalyani, a tier-III pocket in Nadia District as their preferred location for the proposed institute.
The project is assured to be a boon to the district healthcare status . It aims to create the much-needed manpower by imparting ethical values ans humanity. A comprehensive study has been planned to understand the market circumstances and come out with a viable project model to meet the prerequisite of all stakeholders and come out with a viable project model to meet the prerequisite of all stakeholders technically and financially.
INSTITUTION/ PROMOTERS BACKGROUND
BEERT is a non-profit making society founded in 2014. it has a focused contribution towards education for the mass irrespective of class, creed, or community.
The thought of the creation of Hemnalini memorial College of Engineering(HMCE)was germinated in the mind of research scientist Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Bhattacharya and his wife Mrs. Malobika Bhattacharya in remembrance of his beloved ang gold medalist mother with the noble inspiration to build up an ideal need besed Engineering Institute for the benefit of aspiring Engineers in the year 2014. Science then the institute is progressing by crossingt all hurtles to fulfill the dream of thr great founder. The management is aware of the challenges ahed and al so aware that students are driven. By passion, curiosity, engagement, and dreams. HMCE focuses on the environment in which they learn the ideas, inspirations, and empowering situations to which they are exposed.
